Why Hernandez properties call a local electrician

At elevation, Hernandez sees cold winters, heavy snow on service lines, and lightning in the summer. Space heaters, heat tape, and well pumps work hard here, and many older homes were wired long before those loads existed.

Electric service in Rio Arriba County is typically provided by Jemez Mountains Electric Cooperative, Kit Carson Electric Cooperative, or Northern Rio Arriba Electric Cooperative. For work on the service entrance or meter, we arrange the disconnect and reconnect with them so you do not have to.

Our retail electrical installation covers all of Hernandez, along with neighboring San Juan Pueblo, Alcalde, Espanola, and Medanales.
