Recessed Lighting Installation in Texico, NM

Recessed lighting services

Layout matters more than the number of lights. We space fixtures according to ceiling height and what the room is used for, keep them off the walls enough to avoid harsh scallops, and put them on dimmers. In Texico homes with insulated attics we use fixtures rated for contact with insulation.

• New recessed lighting layouts
• Slim canless LED fixtures
• Insulation-contact and airtight rated housings
• Converting old cans to LED
• Dimmers and separate lighting zones
• Sloped and vaulted ceiling fixtures
• Shower-rated and exterior soffit lights
• Patching guidance where access holes are needed

Where recessed lights work best

• Kitchens and over countertops
• Living rooms with no ceiling fixture
• Hallways and low ceilings
• Bathrooms and showers
• Covered portals and soffits

Local knowledge for Texico, Curry County

Texico is plains country: big sky, steady wind, and summer storms that arrive quickly. Wind-blown dust works into outdoor equipment, hail damages exterior fixtures, and lightning surges are a regular cause of failed electronics.

Most properties in Curry County get their electricity from Xcel Energy or Farmers' Electric Cooperative. If your project touches the meter or main service, we handle the scheduling with the utility.

We provide recessed lighting installation throughout Texico and in nearby Clovis, Cannon AFB, Portales, and Saint Vrain.
