Local knowledge for Caballo, Sierra County
Caballo has long, hot summers and mild winters, so cooling equipment does most of the electrical work. Panels in direct sun run hot, exposed conduit and cable degrade, and afternoon thunderstorms in monsoon season deliver frequent surges.
Depending on your address, power in Sierra County typically comes from Sierra Electric Cooperative or a municipal utility. When a job involves the meter or the service connection, we coordinate the shutoff and reconnection with the utility.
We provide new construction wiring throughout Caballo and in nearby Truth or Consequences, Elephant Butte, Arrey, and Derry.
